satisfaction is very important to us: if
you are in any way not entirely satisfied,
it is essential that you contact us so
that we can sort out any issues.
Feedback:
Please
contact us before leaving Neutral or
Negative feedback
as we can always sort out issues to your
full satisfaction, thank you. We
understand that everyone has different expectations
and perceptions, and we want you to be
completely happy with your purchase.
If
you have received your purchase and you
are happy with it, please leave us
Positive Feedback. This lets us know
that all is well and allows us to archive
our records.
We
use an automated feedback system that will
generate positive feedback for you upon
receipt of your feedback. We also
welcome your views and suggestions by
email, which helps us to improve our
service. Your input helps us to maintain
excellent Customer Service.
Star
Ratings:
Please
contact us before leaving anything less
than 5 Stars
so that we can sort it out for you
- quite simply, anything between 1 and 4
is as detrimental to a business seller as
leaving them a Negative. If you do
not want to leave 5 Stars and do not want
to contact us, then please do not leave
any Stars at all, as they are not compulsory. Item
As Described:
We do our best to describe our items,
which includes sizes, dimensions and
materials etc, as well as a visual
description. We also include additional
photos where possible. If you do not
think that our description deserves a 5
Star Rating, please let us know how we
could improve it before leaving your
feedback. Communication:
When you purchase an item you will receive
several emails from us including a
purchase confirmation, a payment
confirmation and a dispatch
confirmation. We also do our best to
answer your messages within 48 hours
(excluding out of hours). If all
this communication is not enough, please
let us know what further emails you would
like us to send. If you haven't
received these emails, please check your
SPAM folder. Dispatch
Time:
We always dispatch orders the very same
day if payment is received before 2pm,
those after this time are dispatched the
next business day. We pride
ourselves on our immediate dispatch
because we know how important it is for
you to receive your items fast. It
is becoming increasingly common for our
Postal Services to take up to 3 days to
delivery 1st Class mail and we cannot
therefore, guarantee that they will
deliver your item next day - unfortunately
this is totally beyond our control.
You will know when we dispatch your order
because we will have sent you an
email. You can also see what date
your order was dispatched because it is
printed on the top left of your packing
slip. We have never failed to
dispatch on time, even at Christmas! Postage
and Packaging Charges:
For many years we offered free domestic
postage, but unfortunately with the
constant price rises by Royal Mail, this
is not something that we can viably
continue. We have provided a breakdown
of the postage and packaging costs
that we incur and we actually make a
LOSS. We take great care to package
your orders for safety during
transit. Effort is also put into the
presentation of your order, so that you
will enjoy receiving and opening your
package. Unlike some sellers, we do
not profit from postage charges and we
always combine shipping. Please let us
know if you think our charges are unfair.
    
Please
give us a chance - leaving feedback is not
a way to communicate.
