Returns & Exchanges   Your satisfaction is important to us: we therefore have in place a "no quibble" return policy for customer peace of mind.  Please always include your ebay ID when returning an item, thank you.     Returns for a Refund:   All of our jewellery is quality checked before despatch.  If you find an item isn't as you expected, maybe you just don't like the design after all or it doesn't quite suit you, don't worry, you are not obliged to keep it. You can return items for a refund - please email us to start the return process. Upon satisfactory receipt of the goods, a refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.  The following terms & conditions apply:   1)  Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. 2)  Items must be in perfect condition and unworn. 3)  Items must be returned in adequate packaging (as we cannot refund items if they are damaged in transit on their return to us). 4)  We only refund the items' Buy It Now price or Starting Bid (not the winning bid). 5)  We do not refund original postage/shipping costs, unless an item is faulty. 6)  It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return postage/shipping. 7)  For hygiene reasons, body piercing jewellery cannot be returned. 8)  Please be aware that orders returned with a value of £15 or over will be charged a 15% handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund.     Returns for an Exchange:   We know that finding the right ring size when buying on-line can be tricky, especially if the ring is a surprise for someone else and you're not sure of their size - so you may want to return a ring for a different size.  Or maybe you've bought a ring but would really like a pendant instead.  Whatever the reason, you are more than welcome to return an item to exchange for any other item. If there is a price difference between the items, we will refund you the difference if it is less, and we will invoice you if the difference is more.
