As a result of constantly increasing ebay fees and rises in prices of Royal Mail postage, we are now reluctantly having to charge customers for postage.  We have offered Free postage for a long time, but we must make these changes in order to survive. Please accept our apologies for any confusion or inconvenience caused as a result.   Please remember that our postage charges include more than just the cost of postage:   Postage stamps, Jiffy bag, bubble wrap, plastic bag, gift pouch, staff time, printer ink, paper, labels, electricity & sellotape.      Shipping is automatically combined at checkout so please do not pay until you have finished bidding/buying. We despatch daily Monday to Friday using Royal Mail postal services. All items are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared funds (peak periods may take longer). Due to our postal collection time, payments/orders received after 2pm UK time, will be dispatched the following day. We do not post at weekends, therefore payments received after 2pm Friday will be posted the following Monday. We accept no responsibility for items delayed, lost or seized at Customs. If you have any questions please contact your country's customs. Proof of Posting Certificates are always obtained for Standard Delivery should you need to make a claim with Royal Mail. Compensation for lost or damaged items during transit will ONLY be paid if the customer pays for an Insured Delivery. Our postage costs include the cost of packaging and handling as well, and is therefore not just the cost of a stamp. Postage costs are non-refundable. Please note that some listings (such as ring size cards) may have slightly less postage as they are smaller and weigh less.  Some listings (such as boxes) may have slightly more postage as they are bigger and weigh more.
